I want a refund for that pink box. Somebody called me on Wednesday 27 Jan,asking if delivery guys can come in the afternoon, i told you after 6pm will be preferred, and the person on the line told me that they will come tomorrow, thursday (28/1/16; and call me in adv when the guys are coming down to exchange the item), but NO one came at all, nobody called me. Here i am, trying to call back again, but to no avail.
