  Sold a defect item but refused to do an exchange..BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK..told me that their shop policy is to refund only $5 if the item was damaged! I tink their policy should be : U order and pay already,even if what you received is spoilt,lost or used,there is nothing to do with them already..THINK TWICE OR THRICE if you wanna purchase from tis shop...

  Full of excuses when ask for an exchange..say according to their policy and after their meeting,they decided to refund $5 for tat damage.. Wat a joke! Manufacture defect become buyer fault?? $5?? Not even enough for the delivery charges... Sold something that has defect but expect buyer to accept?? Close ur shop la..spoilt your own shop reputation..really dunno how to do business..have bought online for so many years but its the 1 st time i see such a cheapskate seller...MAY GOD BLESS YOU!

  I have order a bean bag from tis seller..upon received it, the zip of the beanbag cover is sew inwards (which means i m unable to unzip it in any ways). Send numerous email to ask for an exchange but the seller insist tat they will only refund me $5 for tat damage! Its ridiculous..its obviously their manufacture defect & problems..the zip cannot be open then how m i goin to pour in the foam balls??tat mean i m just buying a bean bag cover and not a bean bag cos it can nv be used at all..ALL BUYER, buy at ur own risk..pray hard tat ur item is perfect or else there wont be any exchange but just a $5 refund!! Wat a laughing stock! Its just like a SCAM..
