  I have order the 3 seaters sofa chair and choose the delivery on weekday form 9 am to 6 pm.

once of the delivery man confirm today 5.30 to 6pm to delivery the sofa. keep calling to change timing.

I have to arrange someone at home to received the item. please advise how to confirm the timing to received the sofa without any problem.

I have already very disappointed with your service

Please try to arrange the delivery on time, i really very upset with your delivery guys, now they call me said that the sofa at my house. I told him i text you not to come but you dun even reply or call me back out of nowhere you tell me at my door step. how to run back my place again to wait for them. we have run up and down just for your delivery man.

  Yes, I agree with the other seller. I paid quite alot for the 3 seater sofa and now it's only 1+ years and the leather has started to peel since 2months ago and it's really quite unsightly quite dissappointed with the quality of the sofa....was enquiring about how long a half leather sofa was supposed to last with a salesperson at a furniture shop and he mentioned that it should last at least 4-5 years....
So seller, how can you sell such inferior product to consumers? =(

  I think the quality of the PU material is inferior because after only year the skin surface starts peeling. Most sofa especially if made from synthetic material must be able to last 5 years or more.
