Not Recommend Items received not in good condition

Seller... as u can see from pictures... the zip to the cover is damaged, how do open cover for cleaning. The back of seat is also torn with a cut.....!!! How to exchange these big items?? Lastly, delivery staff signed and acknowledged the received of items, is this the way of service delivered?

The chair is comfortable and adjustable. The chair can be adjusted to be flat too. Cushion is also thick
